Embrace the Woman You Really Are
I'm so excited to touch base with you after taking a bit of a newsletter writing hiatus. Many of you know I've been in the middle of writing my dissertation. It's been all consuming.
Actually, I must admit that's not completely true. There's been a lot more happening here at The Nourished Home and I'm so excited to share a couple of things with you today.
First, this stinkin' cute picture of my girls from Laila's last day of kindergarten earlier this month.
Thanks for indulging me, folks! Okay, onto the second thing. I recently had a lightening bolt of clarity hit me and it's all about what I'm really here to do for you.
I'm here to give you permission to STOP pretending to be the Mom you think you should be so you can EMBRACE the Woman you really are.
This is fundamentally important to you living your life wholeheartedly, with joy, passion, and confidence.
AND this is absolutely CRUCIAL to your job as a Mom.
When you set yourself free to be who you really are, you also let your children know that they are free to GROW into their TRUE and BEST selves.
You are their teacher and mentor. You (and your partner or co-parent) have the privilege and responsibility of creating a relaxed, joyful, connected approach to living for your whole family.
I invite you to join me in the adventure of approaching motherhood in this way!
I'm so excited to share that I have a new offering coming very soon to help you say goodbye to chaos and hello to giving yourself and your whole family the space and time you need to THRIVE.
