How do you take care of your highest priorities?
Hello, everyone! Happy summer! I want to extend a warm welcome to any new Nourished Home subscribers and thank you for joining in on the fun here. I am enjoying a beautiful, sunny, warm day here in Maine and I hope you are having fun with whatever today brings, too!
Let me ask you something. How valuable is your time, happiness, health, and family? I imagine your answer to each of these questions is: PRICELESS. I know how important these things are to me but I also know that it isn't always easy to juggle these highest priorities in my life. What do you do to take care of your highest priorities (whatever they are) in your daily life? Do you find it challenging? What has worked for you and what hasn't worked as well as you'd like? One of the things I love to do most with my work is to support women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period get all of the support they need to take care of their highest priorities, whatever they may be. You'll see that this is the main theme of the July newsletter. I send my best to all of you and I hope you are keeping cool on these hot summer days.
