Spring has something to teach you
This is what Spring is looking like in Maine right now. Beautiful and cold. Part thaw. Part ice. Waxing and waning between mud and snow as the temperatures rise and fall.
What does it mean to be aligned with this time of year here in Maine?
What does it look like to be at peace with this part of the yearly cycle?
Today I choose to walk through the mud and snow.
I choose to soak in the sights and sounds of March's thaw all around me. I choose to see what's beautiful in the grey, brown twist of melting snow and ice.
And I open myself to allowing this season and it's manifestations in Maine tell me something I need to know about myself and my own cycles.
I am open and I am ready to receive inner wisdom from the outer landscape that I call home.
What is Spring like where you live?
Are the daffodils starting to bloom?
Are the cherry blossoms enchanting you?
Are the palm trees blowing in the ocean breeze?
Are people bustling about your neighborhood as the days get warmer and longer?
Is the ground still frozen outside your home?
Step outside and soak in whatever Spring looks and feels like for you today. Be with what is, even if you're longing for something else.
What does your wisdom want you to know about how to be at peace with the season you're in right now? I'm not just speaking about the weather.
What season do you find yourself in as a woman and mother, in your career, in your body, mind, and spirit?
What does the landscape of your current season look like?
And how can you be in the fullness of what is with greater peace and joy?
Let me know what season you're in right now... And how you're giving yourself space and time to come to peace with what is. I would love to hear from you.
