Take Your Time
NOURISHING TIP FOR SELF: Take time everyday to be quiet, slow down, reflect, be grateful, and get centered. When I commit to this, even for only five minutes a day, I am more clear about what matters to me, how to reach my goals, and my creativity is sparked in an exciting way. Lately, I have been taking walks in my local woods and meditating on this rock by the water. Sitting quietly in nature does it for me every time.
Take time for your family, your health, and your Self. If you find a way to give the time and energy you truly want to give to these three things, you are on the path to a deeply nourished life!
